Beginning Hatha Yoga for All Body Types
Yoga for Strength and Flexibility.
120 min class Includes 30 min of breath expansion, eye movements, body movements & multiple rest periods. Resets the nervous system.
Wednesdays 12 noon - 2 pm in covered area or outdoors in Milwaukie.
Address given after registration.
Class size limited to 5.
Open to all, esp people looking to build themselves within an encouraging community. No experience necessary.
Bring yoga mat, 2 blocks, bath towel or blanket and water to class.
Mask optional as we are outdoors in a covered area.

Inversion stool available for assisted shoulder stands.
